Making a South Beach Diet Cookbook

Nelly, I have about a billion recipes that I want to add both on here and on the key ingredient site. I just need to get my act together! Right now I'm working on reorganizing the paper version of my recipe binder, and then I'll work on getting them all on here. So the fall is certainly soon enough for me too!

If there is any way I can help let me know.....just sitting here twittling my fingers (right!)

Any how, if I can help in any way let me know. Maybe you could scan your paper copy and email it to me and I could do some of the typing in for you......you would have to send the ones that you don't make any adjustments to because if you are like me, I make the adjustments as I go.

or you could copy them and mail them.......just brain storming here.....

I know fall isn't too close when doing this kind of stuff that has to fit in between other things.

I just looked at our "group" for Southbeach friendly recipes on keyingrediant.com and we have 3 other members to the group. They did not add any recipes, but maybe they used one of yours, Tracy or Joni!

Hope I can get back to that soon, had to bail due to wedding and trip and all that.
